Service Projects

Available on the Kahuku High and Intermediate Campus
If you are interested in providing service hours for your club, Eagle Scout project, or other activity, the following projects are available. Please contact Lisa DeLong at 293-8950, ext. 225 for more information. The school is often able to help fund supplies for the projects.

• Build Benches Increase Seating Areas Around Campus
• Install Picnic Tables Across Campus
• Promote Adopt a Bathroom Campaign
• Construct Concrete Walkway from H Building Up Through Y Building Along Roadside
• Replace Weimer Athletic Field Sign
• Complete Stage Seating Project
• Landscape/Adopt Areas on Campus
• Paint Slip Proof and Yellow Caution Lines Around Campus
• Fix Clogged Drainage Pipe by Locker Rooms (requires a plumber and some digging)
• Run Intramural Activities at Recess and Lunch or After School
• Set Up an Activity Center at Recess and Lunch with Items for Checkout
• Create Art Work on Campus, Murals, etc.
• Build Concrete Stairs on Hill from Z Building Down to Field
• Paint Parking Lines
• Paint Safety Lines on Crosswalks and Speed Bumps
• Repair and Add Permanent Trash Can Holders
• Scrub/Buff Stair Wells and Cement Areas Around Cafeteria and other Walkways
• Build Permanent Shelves in Office
• Decorate and Refurbish Teachers' Workroom (there are 3 around campus)
